That says more about your opponents than the quality of the move however
Panteldakis Countergambit (C30) is a very weak response to the King's Gambit for black. Plus there's no such thing as "guaranteed win" in chess.
Even "super" Grandmasters miss their chance to mate in 1 and go on to lose at the highest levels of chess. Take Viswanathan Anand's final play off blitz game with Vassily Ivanchuk at the PCA World Grand Prix, London in 1994. http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1018510
Move 29 Black (Vassily Ivanchuk) could have taken White's rook with his queen: mate. Instead Black went on to lose by time. Check out the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sI49dVO74mE
Hey BeepBeep : I beat a 2700 ( bullet : he is 1500 OTB ) on lichess.org multiple times. and also another One who is a FM. This doesn't make my openings guaranteed win. I can play 1.e4 a6 and beat a 1200 easily. I beat a 1600 OTB with that.
His bullet is 332. May be he beat 200 rated player 10 times in a row and count that opening as a nearly 100% win.

LMAO Also, I guess it would require a special huge effort to attain such a low rating.
Wait, his post and profile is quite similar to 2Q1C, is he coming back?
It`s probably the same person. People can be thrown out of Chess.com and come back under a different email address. I guess he`s having fun. But if he ever comes to my club and plays that crap, he will be asked to leave.
I have never lost a game with the beep beep Countergambit.
