Hi guys, im on my brother acount and juste have a question.

Im a 2000 rated player and im a real King's Indian Defense player.

I juste want to know if playing g6 in response to e4 is a good indea to transpose in a KID. And if it's not transposing, what line to know and what kind of position can arrive in this.

g6 is known as the Modern or Robatsch Defense. It is quite flexible with possibilities...

I think the Austrian attack gives white a more comfortable position and an advantage.
