As great as the queen sac sounds.. I think moves like the lolli attack might work better or like the fried liver attack.. specially if your opponent hasn't studied the lines but you have. Then again, I could be wrong I mean to each his own :)

chessbrah (Eric Hansen) played a few bullet games (~5), always saccing the queen before move 5. He won all of them. :)
