A broken game

I was doing a research on the  Nimzo-Indian Defense and found this game here at the explorer

 

1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 Bb4 4.a3 O-O???? 5.Qc2


I really doubt that kasparov wouldn`t take a en prise piece

or his opponent would hang a piece like that 2234 rated player

makes no sense, i guess if there is one game broken, there must be others

could someone fix this

White's moves 4 and 5 have mixed place. It should be 4.Qc2 - O-O 5.a3

NO it actually was a simul and kasparov didnt notice bishop was hanging
