A good way to play against the Rossolimo?

Recently I’ve been wanting to branch out a little bit more and play some games as black against e4 that weren’t just the Pirc. I’ve found the Sicilian to be a decent fit for me, and played maybe 2 or 3 games with it thus far, to pretty decent results. One problem thus far I’ve had is the Rossolimo, which has been played against me twice, and I have no real weapon to combat it in case I face it in the future, which seems extremely likely. I went into the analysis board and came across an odd line, where black plays 3…Qb6, or alternatively delays it one move by playing 3…e6 first and then playing 4…Qb6 provided white doesn’t capture the knight on c6. So I want to know if this is a decent way to play against the Rossolimo or not
