My plan from move 1 is to dominate the opponent!!!
A plan from the 1st move

in the second it's black to move. i think that while you need a big plan the whole game, you must have little plans, like undermine the e pawn, but be ready to change the plan once you can't carry it out anymore. for instance, what if the e pawn is traded of in the Ruy Lopez? then you need a new plan.

yes, you are EXTREMELY right! and i forgot on the second one :)
these are the plans you have from the first move, but DONT LET THEM BE YOUR ONLY PLANS!!!!!!!!
these are mini-plans, and technically every plan in chess is a mini-one, because you cant look at the chessboard and say the whole game!,
ps, the plan to win the game isnt even set in stone you might need to draw!
pps, plans have to be flexible, say "if he doesnt do what I think he would, will my position be better after this move"
i've seen people say that "how is this possible, but its true, to a person who knows no openings its control the center, and here are some openings that have plans.
there is more , if you have a favorite post it like the above.
