I beat an IM who played it against me in blitz. Considering Im not nearly an IM it would seem the opening isn't that great. After getting d5 and e5 in, I played a5 to incite white to push b5, then followed it up with c5 in the hopes of getting a bxc6 Nxc6 or a large center if white didn't take. It worked out quite well.

I saw the opening 1 b2-b4. Is it any good? I've read it isn't. I'd like to "hear" your opinion. Also, shouldn't it be called the Birkenstock opening in "praise" of Bobby Fischer who wore those stupid sandals/clogs?
