This kind of setup as white and black has been played by GM Duncan suttles and has been praised by Botvinnik for its originality and practical chances. Recently I successfully used this against an opponents Botvinnik system (he was 1900) otb and won quite easily.

This opening has single-handedly ruined chess for me. I have tried almost every opening for against e4, from classical responses, through scandinavian, elephant gambit and french to gurgenidze and hypermodern responses and I cannot find a single opening which will bring me satisfaction. The situation hes regressed to the point where it's my main blitz weapon and occasionally even in rapid. In OTB tournaments.
The issue is obvious: The opening loses by force. It's impossible to play those structures without f6 and kf7. I don't have a way to consistently transpose into it without losing 300 centipawns.
Does anyone have any idea what I could play that would be both good and satisfying to play?
