I want to learn more openings and gambits, please do not suggest the Mosquito Gampit, it's literally useless.

How about this fun, exciting, and dynamic variation of the Englund? There are lots of tricks and traps in it and there are many ways to win fast (in 5-10 moves). It has a very high winrate in amateur games! It's even been played by grandmasters over-the-board. It's an easy way to get a 1. d4 player out of his preparation and cause lots of sharp tactics. Let me show it to you!

The idea behind this move is to attack the f2-pawn, and bringing the Queen out early is usually a great idea since the Queen is the most powerful piece! I have 400+ games against 1600+ chess.com rapid players and I have an 83% winrate because it's so tricky! My opponents almost always blunder a piece! For example, look at this recent game I had!

I hope you'll consider trying out my gambit! Feel free to DM me if you want some theory on it!

Are you talking about my gambit? Well, I disagree with you! And so does PANRIBUAN KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN SUMATERA UTARA, a legendary Indonesian chess super GM! This is their Lichess profile and as you can see they are a strong 3200 rating! Here is the game in which they effortlessly beat a 2500 with my gambit! This is proof my gambit is very very strong and can beat even Mangus Carlsen!

For real, a decent gambit against d4 is the Budapest Gambit. I think this is semi-respectable.

A far more respected gambit against d4 is the Benko Gambit. This is actually considered pretty good.

Aw man, they beat a 2500 with this gambit. Must be a good opening then. Good luck, one day this will be main line.

Sometimes i play the kings gambit with a 77% win rate

2.Qh4 appears to be a cool line in the Englund. I'll definitely try it!

i mostly play King's Gambit Accepted: Villemson Gambit, with some moves of my own

I second the Portuguese gambit. Its very hard to get but so fun if you get it.

Though the good old Kings Gambit is more sound than lots of gambit suggested here.

Smith Morra Gambit is a very strong anti Sicillian. But open Sicillian is just as fun if not more.

Italian has lots of fun attacking lines, Evans Gambit is the most famous of them. Greco Attack is also fun as hell, from what I have seen.

Wing Gambit can be played in lots of lines (Evans Gambit is a Wings Gambit if you think about it), such as French, Sicillian, Scandinavian comes to mind. Some of them are more dubious than others.

Vienna Gambit is a safer Kings Gambit. Accepting the gambit is just bad for the opponent.

White plays this and you cannot longer play the portuguese:

I recently started playing the Evans Gambit, which I've had decent success with. I'm playing three daily games that came out of the Evans if you want to see how they played out: I played it vs @Sahilssb (I'm still pretty early on in my game against him though), @Andg688, and @ImSuperB.

For black against d4 I play the Budapest Gambit every once in a while, which I haven't had as much success with but it's still not bad.

I think Nimzo Larsen can be good :)

King's Gambit, Evans Gambit, Benko gambit are all sound.

Avoid the Englund, it's unsound.

The Budapest in my view is pointless, while it is sound, unless the surprise factor works, White is playing for two results in both mainlines, so there's no point in adopting it other than the surprise factor.

Wait isn't this losing by Qh4.

This is like a worse version of the Steinitz Gambit. But no, this is not losing, and it's better than some of the other gambits out there. The idea is that you're trading castling rights for central control. Black is slightly better according to engines, but has no immediate win.

The King;s Evan's and Danish are all respected gambits with long lineage. These gambits begin with either white's 2nd or 4th move.I would guess that every major 1.e4 opening has a well-know gambit line.

Smith morra is excellent at all levels (for non-master)
