not a standard Fool's Mate but the concept is the same. I personally wouldn't expect a 1500-1600 player to walk in to it but we all make mistakes.
White's black-square bishop has seriously limited scope.

I like the opening as Black, but without the weakness of 3...h6 and ...g5. Here is how I played it. It has a nice mate in the end, using a knight.
