Are the Austrian attack, 150 attack and the Barry attack synonomous?

No.

The Austrian attack plays an early f4, while the 150 plays an early Be3 & Qd2.

Never heard of the Barry Attack

I think Barry attack is 1. d4 Nf6 2. Nf3 g6 3. Nc3 d5 etc. - not sure though.

Anyway, Austrian and 150 are definitely different lines as you can see from DrSpudnik's comment.

There's also what I call the "English attack" against the Pirc, when you have Qd2, Be3, and f3. The pawn on f3 makes it different from the 150 attack.
