B3 and B6 good or bad?

B3 for white and B6 for black. Are these good or bad openings and why?
I personally love these openings and feel they can be used against everything. However, ive read many conflictiing opinions about these two openinngs.
Have done okay with 1.b3.
Need some luck though!
(Do not advise 1...b6) :(
If you play an English transposition with white you may be OK. With black, you can also use it to set up a Hedgehog if applicable. That does mean white needs to cooperate and I wouldn't play it against anything.
