beginners French Defense PGN?

Hi guys. I’m a middle aged beginner returning to the game after many years away. I’ve been working mainly on tactics puzzles but would like to learn a defence against 1. e4 and am thinking about the French as it seems to be suggested quite often for beginners.
I’ve picked up How to play against 1.e4 by Neil McDonald nd I’m wondering if there’s a pgn equivalent so I can play through the main lines on my phone during breaks at work.
