The best openings for speed chess (white or black) are the ones you know a lot of theory for because then you can play the opening moves quickly; if you aren't playing for traps, then choosing mainline openings are useful because of how much theory there usually is.
Similarly, playing "system openings" or formations (Colle System, London System, Hedgehog formation, Hippo formation etc.) can also be beneficial because you can rely on thematic moves and play them quickly when move order matters little.
