Best book on anti-sicilian

What's the best book on fighting against anti-Sicilians as Black?

I'm interested too, but I probably need something lower level than you. So people who respond, if you know of a couple of books can you comment on them wrt rating range? thnx

I especially need something that actually explains why the sides move the way they move.  

e.g. I tried reading Rogozenko and have found that he just gives a bunch of moves without explaining why they are good or what the alternatives are.  Palliser has one on "Beating the Anti-Sicilian" but I heard that it has some strange lines, and in any case, it does not cover the Rossolimo/Moscow variation (probably the best anti-Sicilian).
