guys what would you say is the best chess gambit?

For beginners i would say fried liver is a good one

I also like evans gambit and the scotch gambit

If you like positonal play and king safety, I highly recommend queens gambit

First off, the Queen's Gambit is not a real gambit.

Second, gambits suck. I can only think of a few that I ever wind up in, and in legitimate, over the board play, I only play them from the side receiving the material. They would be:

Cochrane Gambit - 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nf6 3.Nxe5 d6 4.Nxf7? Kxf7 advantage Black

Milner-Barry Gambit - 1.d4 e6 2.e4 d5 3.e5 c5 4.c3 Qb6 5.Nf3 Nc6 6.Bd3?! cxd4 slight advantage Black

Kings Gambit - 1.e4 e5 2.f4?! and now 2...Bc5 is already equal while 2...d5, 2...exf4 3.Nf3 g5, 2...exf4 3.Nf3 d5, and 2.exf4 3.Bc4 d5 are all advantage Black

Danish Gambit - 1.e4 e5 2.d4?! exd4 3.c3 dxc3 (3...d5 is strong too) 4.Bc4 cxb2 5.Bxb2 d5! 6.Bxd5 Nf6 7.Bxf7+ Kxf7 8.Qxd8 Bb4+ 9.Qd2 Bxd2+ 10.Nxd2 and White has nothing.

These are about the only 4 I play regularly, and only play them from the Black side pretty much in the move order given above. Gambits are not good!

The only gambit I occasionally play where I would be the one giving up the pawn is From's Gambit - 1.f4 e5 2.fxe5 d6 3.exd6 Bxd6 4.Nf3 Nf6 (4...g5 is busted).

Only gambit I ever wind up on the White side of is the Englund Gambit (1.d4 e5? 2.dxe5 advantage White).

Gambits aren't like, great, for pumping that rating, and if the opps know the counter, you're automatically at a disadvantage from the get-go. (QG does not count, not a real gambit, like how Pluto isn't a real planet)

However, for beginners/lower-rated players, gambits are FANTASTIC. It helps them understand how to balance valuing material vs rapid development/activity. And people in that rating range usually don't know the refutation of the gambit, so you'll mostly be fine.
King's Gambit, Vienna Gambit*, Danish Gambit, even the Benko. If you're 1000-1300 range I think many of these are fine ways to add to the repertoire. Probably be prepared to lose some games but when it works out it will feel unbelievable.

I think Queen's Gambit is considered one of the best gambits for white, and also you can consider the London system which is a great opening in my opinion. I mostly play the London system in Blitz and Rapid matches, not in bullet because you can't handle London with very fast moves, not for London I will say for every Gambits or Opening !! But practice makes you perfect !!

i play ...1.c5 in response to d4 in fast time controls to coax my opponents into the Benko Gambit. It's a wild opening wherein black attempts to sacrifice 1 pawn for a powerful fianchetto bishop and rook activity on the a and b rank. Activity is paramount in the Benko. It's not sound, but also not a bad opening at all.

I've won a ton of really fun games stemming from the fully-accepted variation.
