That was a casual game and Fine was upset Fischer published it.
The game against Celle was a simul game.
Fischer only played Italian and King's Gambit as a surprise and was a devote Ruy Lopez player.

Wesley So (89 games) and Fabiano Caruana (61 games) are good Italian players.

Well if anyone wants a game to use as a guide to one particular line of the Evans gambit this is a very instructive game. He has a few simul games also that are instructive. I can understand the embarasment for GM Fine as it was a beat down, also as a casual game he might not have been giving it his full effort. Still the game is useful in illustrating the power of developmental attacking pressure from that gambit.
