Best Moves Against the Vienna Anderssen Defense

Hello, I'm pretty new to chess, and therefore inexperienced. I studied (watched a few videos and memorized the lines for) the Vienna and received a massive skill boost, climbing about 400 elo in a short time. However, I keep seeing black play Bc5 on their second move, called the Anderssen Defense. I am struggling to understand the point of this, and due to inexperience am not sure what to play in response to this. Anyone here familiar enough with the Vienna to help? I would greatly appreciate it.

Play Bc4, if they decide to bring their knight out to Nc6 then play Qg4, attacking the undefended pawn in front of their other knight. Gothamchess has a video covering the basics of the opening on his channel, just look up gothamchess vienna and it should be right there
