Cyrus Lakdawala comes up with some weird names for unnamed openings. In his book The Colle - Move by Move, he refers to 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nd2 as "Ostrich in the Sand", but aside from the Orangutan (already mentioned), I've got nothing.
