I've won a few although mostly because they forgot about the game and timed out, hahah! But I'll take it!! Thank you for clarifying for us!

"from players treating their games as Live games." ... is this is a bad thing? My sister and I play (sometimes) up to 4 games a day using Daily-3day because 1) erratic schedules, 2) family/work dynamics, 3) great additional tools for learning, 4) no dropped games if connection issues ... and more.

No, there's nothing wrong with playing Daily however you want. However, players taking their time, analyzing positions for a longer time, and using the legal resources, can outperform someone moving quickly. Of course, there are exceptions.
I've won a couple games against an FM in Daily, where they were playing quickly, and may have not been paying full attention to the game 🙂
