There is no best openings.

At you level you should just play 1.e4 e5 and then play (and learn)!

you should try it all to find out what you like, italian game for example, very good for aggressive players

Experimentation is the key. But learn 1. e4 and 1. d4 before trying other things. And as black.... against 1. e4, learn e4/e5 or the sicilian or the french or caro-kann before doing other things. And against 1. d4... play the Queens Gambit. Learn the basics
