Yeahh but not really instructive, I check on them regularly when adding new lines to my repertoire but still it's highly specific on what the opponent replies with

Honestly I've seen both of their courses but I prefer Kamil's one, it doesn't always go into mainlines and there is GM level analysis & great rational to the lines chosen I believe

I do not recall the name of the book, but Quality Chess has a book with 400 problems specifically from games that opened as a King's Indian Defense.

Trying to recall, is Modernized King's Indian based on 7...exd4 in the Classical?  If so, New In Chess also has a book (forgot title) with I think an orange cover that is also based on 7...exd4.

I myself am currently reading King's Indian Warfare.

Yess Modernized KID is based on that more modern exd4 approach. Not surre about the orang cover thoughh, maybe it's "Bologan's King's Indian"?

How is KID warfare? I know it's not a repertoire book but the great Ilya Smirin did write the book

My guess is Opening Simulator: KID is the puzzle book series referenced.

Yes, Opening Simulator, and here is the other (based on the 7...exd4 line):

I am only on chapter 2 - one game to go in the chapter.

You need a lot of time to go thru a game.  Very dense.  Also, I read about 5 or 6 books at a time.  Currently, I am reading:

King's Indian Warfare

Closed Sicilian Move by Move

Grandmaster Chess Strategy

Positional Decision Making in Chess

Practical Chess Beauty
