Best way to play against a well balanced player

The person I frequently play in chess usually beats me 99% of the time. I want this to change to 0%. He usually gets me in a very bad attacking stage during mid game and attacks me with his bishop and queen. I try a lot of aggressive openings against him but he seems to know a counter that will prevent me from checkmating him later. I am in need of help and I do wish I could beat him. I am looking for a very aggressive opening (not a fried liver attack please) That could potentially trick him into a checkmate in 12 moves or less.
