Black's defense after withe's pawn to d4

I usually have trouble when I'm black and white plays the queens pawn to d4. Can someone list a few openings based on that, please.

You could play the queen's pawn to d5, and then if white plays pawn to c4, play pawn to e6. This is the Queen's Gambit Declined.

Wow, where to start...

Some common defenses are:

Queen's gambit accepted

Queen's gambit declined

King's Indian Defense

Queen's Indian Defense

Nimzo Indian Defense

however, there are hundreds of more possibilities.

Well, going by your rating on here the Queen's gambit declined would probably be a good place to start. The moves are logical and easy to understand, while the positions are usually quite solid. You should wait till you are more experienced before trying anything hypermodern.
