The ideal way to play is 1. e4 ... 2. Ke2. After that, try to "get your king to the other side dued" (sic) (Lenny_Bongcloud, 2008-????). Once that is accomplished, resign because you have proven your superiority and the rest of the game is just pointless.

Literally its only purpose is being able to tell your opponent afterwards "I can play the worst opening imaginable and still beat you." Your vastly better off looking at sound opening principles and learning the ideas of any opening actually following those.
