Boungcloud attack.

This is for Erik.
Don Erik if we go back to our past conversations.. about kids and dilemmas
I think its time to face the crude reality. Don’t you think? :)

i'm currently giving the bongloud opening a try.
It is a very tough opening to master. I don't know if the king can make it to the other side.

I think a distinction needs to be made here. Many people are of the opinion that the opening has the specific purpose of playing the game by different rules... i.e., the purpose of the opening is simply to get the king to the other side of the board. This may indeed be the aim of the much distinguished Lenny Bongcloud (ALL inHALE HIS NAME), but the Boungcloud opening has been shown by many to have some bite to it. Please check out the various game samples supplied by erstwhile adventurers on this site.
A mobile King is being shown to be a dangerous asset in the opening, not just the ending. A little egg on the face of many chess authors of our day. Current well-known chess books are deep in revision as this new opening develops before our very eyes!
We are living in exciting times brothers and sisters of the 64 squares. Take it in (and hold it for as long as you can)!!!

THE REALM OF 64
by 13 year old chess fan Bryce Wilson from Australia
Just a game I hear you say,
To trivial a thing to learn,
Well it can be easy at times my friend,
Until it comes your turn,
For on this realm of sixty four,
Where egos are laid waste,
A struggle transpires of the intellect,
Not to everyone's taste,
For every mental attribute,
From logic to imagination,
At some point it is called upon,
To solve a complication,
And just like the compaigns of old,
The ancient battle rages,
As all the pieces thus conspire,
To checkmate their opposing sages,
So before you play down this art,
you better have a reason,
For to denigrate the royal game,
Is tantamount to treason.

For those who don't know it's Bongcloud , not Boungcloud . Please adjust accordingly , we do not want to anger Lenny
Although not eveyone would agree with his political views, no one can deny the genius of Lenny Bongcloud. I once was fortunate enough to witness him play a simultaneous exhibition against 24 club players in Sacramento California. Bongcloud finished the simul in an astonishing 52 minutes! His record? A perfect 0-24.
Actually, Lenny Bongcloud wasn't the one who invented the Boungcloud attack (as it said in my first post, which was a mistake on my part), but it was Ernesto Boungcloud. It is rumoured, though, that Lenny is secretly Enresto's son, and Lenny changed his last name to hide the evidence. Regardless, Ernesto was a genius to create this opening, and Lenny was a genius using it.
