It's playable but suboptimal, 6...Nf6 is better. peshka.png

6...Qf6 is quite a common move in scotch and is perfectly fine here, played by several GM's. The problem came later,when in an opposite side castling position, you didn't get your pawn storm going, or develop any threats against opponents king.
