It's (for instance) 1.d4 f5 2.g3 Nf6 3.Bg2 e6 4.Nf3 d5. The (c6)-d5-e6-f5 formation makes it a Stonewall.
It's a good defence, but I don't think it's especially good at drawing higher rated players.
