I am playing as white and I find my self using this opening all the time because my opponents almost always do the same thing.

Up until move 4 of my opponent what is my attack and their defense called?

Your not supposed to talk about the game that you are still playing.

Nimzowitsch Defense: Pseudo-Spanish Variation

It goes e4 Nc3 Bb5

Eco: B00.

Sense you have made those moves already and are way past any main lines, then i have no problem telling you.

Besides, this info is in Game Explorer, which he's allowed to use anyway. Of course, whether we're allowed to tell him that . . . ?

dlordmagic

He may not have full access to game explorer.

Yeah, but I am going to be a subscriber sometime around midnight when my check gets advanced deposited :D

I can't risk even 5 bucks in case something gets withdrawn before midnight and I bounce a check lol.

Thank you for your awnser :D

I have a book on the Nimzowitsch Defense (1.e4 Nc6) and it has some interesting things to say about the 2.Bb5!? variation. When your game is over remind me and I'll tell you what it says about its evaluation and key lines.

Elta

Okay, I'll bump this and send you a pm to it.

I just made a big mistake >.<

I wonder if he will notice ^^
