Caro-kann advance variation, 4.f4 e6 5.Nf3 h5??

I read that 5...h5 is a deep positional concept. To me it just seems weakening, can someone enlighten me?

Black follows a white-square-strategy. In doing this, Black gets good squares for his Bishop and Knight. Also White can hardly make progress on the kingside.

How does Black handle eventual B-d3 by White.  Retreat to G6 is no longer an option.  Also Black has made countering N-g5 more difficult
