Caro-Kann advanced variation games

Thanks! That was nice game!
I have 2 questions, why g4 was played by white and if he is playing g4 then ideally Bg2 should have been played but he played Bd3 I didn't understand purpose of Bd3?

On g2, the bishop would be eating on granite, on d3, it hits a possible weakness on h7

Here is my game, I incorrectly played in winning ending.

49. Kd4 and black would've won easily but d3 played.
I wasn't hoping my opponent to play winning pawn break at end.

I do not know any "advanced variation" in the Caro. I guess you mean advance.
I could post some of my recent games, but they don't fit your needs: I was playing white, and won all five of them.
Here is a very recent top class one. The system used by Navara may look a bit risky, but as far as I'm concerned, it's the safest way for Black to meet the poisonous Short variation.
Hi all;
Can someone please post games played in Caro-Kann advanced line from black side(games in which Black won 0-1)
Additionally it would be great if someone add different white response in advance line?
Thanks!
