Not really.  I speak as one that plays the Caro-Kann from the Black side on a regular basis.

Panov-Botvinnik Attack is probably the most theoretical in that if you slip up once, you are likely dead, either color.

Advance is highly theoretical.  Black must make many accurate moves to survive, but if he does, White can have problems in the endgame, espeically issues pertaining to over-extension

The Exchange Variation is highly theoretical in that you are basically playing the Carlsbad Pawn Structure in reverse (i.e. QGD Exchange Variation Reversed) where Black goes for the Minority Attack, White goes for the Kingside.  If White doesn't act energetically, and especially if White plays Nf3 too early, Black has a super-duper easy game and basically two results can happen, draw or 0-1.

The Classical Variation (3.Nc3) still has theory attached to it, but it's probably the best line for White to play if White doesn't know the ins and outs of the opening.  The Advance is probably the best for a player who knows the Caro-Kann really well, but the Classical is the most forgiving if White makes a couple of "second-best" options.

The Fantasy Variation (3.f3) you better really know your stuff, both as White and Black.  This line currently has given me the most issues, but it's not because it's so great.  I used to play it sometimes as White when I was an e4 player, but it's just a matter of getting around to understanding the line better than I currently do.  There's nothing special about this line that makes it spectacular for White, and I lost with it many times as White as well.

Other than that, that's about it.  You have the King's Indian Attack, but that only works well against the Sicilian and French.  The problem with it against the Caro-Kann is that Black can still easily play ...e5 instead of ...e6, making the KIA not so great for White (1.e4 c6 2.d3 d5 3.Nd2 e5!).

Just learn some theory and play the Short variation.
