I have the same opinion I had when this question was asked in... it looks like it was 2015. Black should play Steinitz's 9... Qf5 and win. According to the Free chessbase database Black only wins 76% of the games after that move and White still wins 24% so ok it's a crazy position and over the board it's possible to screw it up, but the double gambit doesn't really work and should be good for the second player.
