I am not familiar with this opening at all, but perhaps you need to switch plans after Bg4 and just try and strike with e4 or c4.

Recently I've tried the Colle Zukertort System for White, but I'm struggling against Bg4, because after developing and castling, I would like to play Ne4 and f4, but I'm pinned. What should I play against it?
