cool opening to attack Alekhine’s defense

I saw GingerGM play this opening twice, it starts with 1e4, Nf6, 2e5, Nd5, 3Qf3?! Kind of resembles the early queen that beginners play, except it’s deeper than that.
Black has 3 popular options. Either e6, Nb4 or Nb6.
Against Nb6, I’d play 4d4 with a good center advantage, against Nb4 aiming to play Nxc2, I’d play Bc4 and later Bb3 defending the c pawn.
The issue with this opening is e6, where I always follow up with Nc3. Nb4 is the reason this opening is refuted, because you have to retreat your queen.
BUT!
I never had a single game where anyone played that line against me(maybe because I’m 1400 elo) and even if someone finds it, it’s not such a disadvantage.
Also, a great move to play here is Qg3 sometimes, defending e5 and attacking g7.
Thanks for reading, feel free to comment things about this opening or post variations or talk about anything.

Aside from the lines below, it’s quite an interesting system, specifically the 3… Nb4 4. Na3 line with c3 Nc2 and d4 to come, with both bishops having some very good squares to go to. Unfortunately, most Alekhine’s play e6 on the regular anyways, so it’s likely to be the most common continuation.
