I think it's called the "How to lose a rook quickly" opening.

You have to see hanging pieces. That will get you over 800.

It is true, but I think in this position it is not the best move to take that rook. Why would you do that? Your bishop is much more active than that rook and you can win lots of tempi on the rook and you will probably get a mating attack soon. Of course, taking is not bad either, that is just the slower way.
There should be something in not taking the rook, I am not sure. Taking the rook seems to be better to mé now. Especially since the dark square bishop isn't that good at attacking the king early on. Anyway, that position is dead lost for black.

I would take the rook, becuase an active bishop would be a pawn less than that rook.

and i think csalami10 is right but after rook moves to the centre qxh5 is a better move because free pawn threatening to go h8 and take knight
