Can anyone suggest a good book that covers from the White perspective d4 Nf6 c4 e6 Nf3 so it would cover Queens, Bogo and something against 3. d5, & miscellaneous. I follow chess media but can't find anything, thanks

Exclusively?  No!  Some overall d4 books might include 3.Nf3 Nf6 s its response to 2...e6, but unaware of one.  There is an objective/complete book on the queens Indian but can't think of it right now.  3...d5 you would have to go 4.g3 Catalan or else be willing to deal with the Ragozin (4.Nc3 Bb4) - I would rather deal with the Nimzo and not play 4.Nf3, and if you go Catalan, might as well play 3.g3, and there are tons on books on the Catalan from White's perspective.

Only player I can think of that plays 3.Nf3 is Dreev.  There is a book with his 100 best games.  Something like 7 or 8 of them are Queens Indians with him as White.
