I've tried LOADS of opening against 1.d4 as I hated playing against it, the Albin is the only one that has been enjoyable, easy to play, suited my aggression, and has taken the opponent out of their theoretical d4 bubble.
Yes, that is what works for you, but may not necessarily be what works for others.

It is simple to learn and VERY affective.
You really don’t see a lot of people playing it otb, and those that do aren’t very high rated, class players at best.

IT IS EQUAL WHEN BOTH SIDES PLAY THE BEST MOVES. IT WILL CAUSE CONFUSION TO YOUR OPPONENT UNLESS THEY STUDY OPPENING THEORY ALL DAY
