If you're interested in delaying the development of your King's Bishop, why not play Nf3 on your forth (leaving your Queen's Bishop with more options for a move or two) or fifth move?

5 Bd3 isnt dubious, otherwise it wouldnt even be a continuation for White!

you really have no idea about openings, after e4 you can only name King Pawn Game and French, (besides, you only went one move deep in each of them, ii mean no analysis) and after d4 you can only name the Slav Meran and Anti-Meran . (and again only going 1 move deep)
