Danish Gambit OTB?

I have been playing the Danish Gambit for a few weeks now and have become pretty comfortable with it. I'd say I win about 75% of my games when they take c3, and I'd venture to guess I win about 80% when they take all the way to b2. Having said that, I realize that much of my success is due to blitz play and a general lack of familiarity with the opening.
What do you guys think about its viability OTB (in 90G/40SD games)? Is sacrificing two pawns from the get-go too much when the opponent has ample time to orient himself with stopping the early development?
