Danish Question [Sorensen]

So recently I found an interesting way for white to move order black into a Danish gambit sorensen defence (1.e4 e5 2.d4 cxd4 3.c3 d5) from 1.c4.

I know that the sorensen is one of the most promising black replies to the danish and that black equalises. What I am interested in however is whether the white side of the sorensen carries any venom against someone who knows nothing of the opening line.

Im quite sure probably 60% ~ of these  players wouldnt play 1..e5 against 1.e4 (based on the response required to reach this line), and much less would know/play the sorensen.

Is this much of a weapon, or will I simply be placing my opponent into a very easy-to-play position?

How? Since cxd4 is no longer an option, I assume exd4 has to be played to get the isolated queen's pawn? 1. c4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. e3 d5 4. cxd5 Qxd5 5. exd5 gets the job done, but that is an odd move order. I doubt White's compensation after 3...dxe3 the c pawn is just in the way.
