Which one do you prefer and why?
dragon because I hate having the hole on d5 (it's not as big a problem in the dragon)

NEITHER! In general, I don't play the Sicilian. The few rare times that I do, it's the Najdorf or Taimanov!
White, 1.e4 by me is very rare. Most of the time, I reach a King Pawn Opening via transposition. For example:
1.d4 g6 2.e4 (the e4-Modern)
1.d4 e6 2.e4 (French Defense)
1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.e4 d6 (Pirc Defense - Though I'm moving away from 2.Nf3 and back to playing 2.c4)
1.Nf3 c5 2.c4 Nc6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 g6 5.e4 (Sicilian Accelerated Dragon)
Etc.
