Playing White against a Dutch Defense I played an early move that doesn't show up in the database. After 1.d4 f5 2.g3 Nf6 3.Bg2 e6 4.Bg5 Be7, I played 5.e3
I ended up winning fairly easily, but I wonder if my moves actually were good moves or if my opponent defended badly. My 4th move Bg5 is played very rarely. Was that a mistake or is it just that the other common moves (c4, Nf3) are much better moves? Then my 5th move (e3) has never been played. Even though I won, did I play well or badly in the opening?
