e4 w/OOO

Can anyone her suggest an e4 opening that usually includes white playing OOO?

Happens occasionally in closed Caro-Kann/French structures too. Also King's Gambit, Vienna game, and other early f4 openings.

Against many lines of the Sicilian, the English Attack is a system where white goes Be3, Qd2, 0-0-0.

A lot of Open Sicilians and also Pircs. Anything that involves f3, g4 and h4 charges.

I would like to add that if you want to play 0-0-0, 1 e4 is lot better choice than 1 d4, so the OP is definitely on the right track.

There is nothing you can do to castle queenside in most games as kingside is faster and generally more natural. 1. e4 will give you the most opportunities to castle queenside.
