Enough or suitable

Is the below suitable and enough to mainly focus on for the time being given my long time average rating on here.

White - The London System

Black - French Defence to e4 and a simple d5 in response to d4

I only really play 10 min games or 3 day per move games.

++ Better 15|10. 10|0 often ends in flagging contests. 3 days is too inhomogeneous: some play 1 game and analyse for hours, some play 100 games simultaneously and analyse for seconds.

Thanks for the advice guys, gonna look deeper into these openings and see if it helps.

I am aware tactics are vitally important also so will look at playing longer games as suggested.
