So, this is the Philidor:

Now the trouble for black starts, he can choose between Nc6, Bd2, Bg4, Ne7, Nh6 and Be7. And only Nc6 makes this game still playable for black.

The best move is 5.Qe7 so you can force the queen trade if Qxb7:

-Ne7:

-Nh6:

-Be7:
