Favorite chess opening

Catalan, even though I suck at it.
I don't have one as long as it gives me a good position.
I like the 1 d4 opening as white in general no matter what black plays followed by c4 which gives me a safe game but with many active possibilities in the center. I also like the ruy lopez as white. My favorite black opening is the french which gives black plenty of counterplay and fits my style perfectly. Against d4, the King's Indian defense with similar chances for counterplay and hopefuly a closed center.

that is a pretty good opening the french also fits my style best as black too
what are your favorite chess opening or which do you think is best and prefer above all the others? if you cant decide you can post a list of your favorites. My favorite opening is D11-D19 Slav Defense.
