Fighting the London System: Benoni setup vs King's Indian setup?

I have been trying to learn a solid anti-London setup for black. The two most common setups suggested for black are the Benoni style setups which revolve around c5,followed later on by Qb3 and then there is the typical King's Indian System. Since I generally avoid any hyper modern openings, I have been skeptical of the King's Indian (only because, as a beginner I am definitely not experienced in scenarios where black gives away control of the center) but in case of the London I am tempted to try it out due to it's reputation of being a solid response against the London. On the other hand, Benoni style setups are being propagated around heavily on the internet as the optimal and the most promising response against the London. Out of these two, which one should I adopt as my permanent response against the London? Have a nice day.
