First off your 4th move for white ( 4.Nf3 ) is wrong. Black can take on d4 and thats your pawn chain down the tubes. 4. c3 is the right move. Anyway, you played it in reverse and - even though incorrect- i understand what you are trying to say. Second, 6. Bd3 does not deserve 2 !!'s It is an old and well understood manauvre and black will not take on d4 but play Bd7 instead. It is all theory.

4. Nf3, nimzowitsch variation, while weaker than 4. c3 is a perfectly playable line that can transpose back into the main or become the ruisdonk gambit after 4... cxd4 5.Bd3
