What???
French is bothering!!

3.exd ... problem solved
OP already addressed this. "The exchange variation just couldnt make me win."

if you hate it so much play d4. if not play Nc3, i know there are tons of variations (in my note book the Nc3 lines take up two pages and i'm still not finished yet.) but write down the variations (study's show that writing things down boost memory more than typing it.) and eventually you'll know the lines and the french will of been worth revising. your not going to be a chess player if you can't be bothered to revise variations despite how huge they may be.

Recently, french is very annoying. When i play normal lines, its so boring i felt asleep then i blunder then i lose lol. When I play advance i felt like i lose initiative. It's nice to play advance, but it doesnt mave much sense... You play e5 and then just close the position and give away f5 square? What is this?!! The tarrasch doesnt make any sense at all too... You play Nd2 and block the bishop??? WTF?! Why is anyone playing this?!! Ok there is some great wins but its not central ya know... The exchange variation just couldnt make me win. The classical variation is great! Classical does make a lot of sense, but there are TOO many variations to look at. I mean there is like 50 fcking variation. I like complicated openings, but only when I understand the opening. I am currently playing ruy lopez, sicillian najdorf, kings indian, but against french? ;/ I dont know which line I should play. Any advice? Im sure lots of people out there have similar problems. If you dont have any other opening that you can reccomend, plz can you just tell me idea of classical french. Maybe, I'll understand the idea and like the classical french. THX THX THX ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D
The Knight on d2 is not particularly a problem in the Tarrasch. This is because Blacks two main responses (3Nf6 and c5) lead to a natural sequence of moves that remove it from that unfavourable square.

Well the strongest move is clearly Nc3. If u are lazy to study 50 variations, then dont be lazy
